WAVEFLO RACE TITANIUM SADDLE

The Wavflo Race Ti is a racing style saddle, that uses a thinner packet of Flolite to give added cushion to the foam padding beneath. The Race Ti is made using a nylon shell and rail assembly made in Taiwan by Velo. This is the same shell and rail assembly used as the basis for the Velo Titanium saddle. The Race Ti version has a high density foam rubber padding cemented over the shell. The padding is molded to contour the shape of the shell and has a depression molded into the top for the Flolite package to rest in.

The Flolite package begins 2 inches from the tip of the saddle, slopes down the sides slightly, and ends 3/8" from the tail end. The foam padding and Flolite are covered by a perforated smooth leather, which is cut to shape and cemented down over the top and under the lip of the shell. The rail assembly is made of 7mm diameter Titanium rod. It has the return curve at the front, 1 1/2" from the tip of the saddle, mounted in a bridge molded into the shell which joins the sides and top of the saddle. The rod ends fit into rear rail recievers molded into the shell. The Race Ti is available in Black leather and weighs 211 grams.
